An AI Employee receives its own computer and an agreed role. We configure the applications, access and working instructions it needs. Your team sets the goals and remains responsible for important decisions and exceptions.
What can an AI Employee do?
An AI Employee can perform several recurring tasks within one role. Examples include preparing customer cases, maintaining an internal work queue or gathering information for regular reports.
Together, we assess which steps can run independently and where an employee reviews the results. External communication and changes are included in explicit working agreements. Where permitted, the AI Employee can also operate software without an API.
Cloud or a dedicated workstation
Choose between two setups:
- Cloud AI Employee: the agreed role runs on its own computer within our cloud infrastructure.
- Dedicated AI Workstation: the AI Employee works on its own physical computer, with configuration and handover agreements.
